How do I return an item?

Fabric Hut accepts returns for merchandise ordered through fabrichut.com within 30 days of purchase. Please contact help@fabrichut.com for a return authorization.

Please include a copy of your order receipt or the original packing slip so we have your name and order number. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund. Refunds can take a few weeks depending on our workload.

For returns of notions and Accuquilt items: as long as the item is in unopened retail condition, we will refund the full purchase price less any shipping costs paid.
For any cut fabric and all other products in opened or used condition: we refund the purchase price less 20% and any shipping costs paid.


If you need to cancel a class, please give us 24 hours notice. We will gladly reschedule you for another day if needed. Any classes canceled due to inclement weather or instructor illness will be rescheduled for a later date. Students will be notified of any cancellations via email. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund of the class fee will be issued.
