Return Policy

• There are no returns on custom cut fabrics, sale or discounted merchandise.
• We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise after a 30 day period.
• Due to copyright issues, books and patterns are not returnable.
• If an item needs to be returned, please contact us first for authorization. Please enclose a copy of the sales receipt and indicate the reason for the return.
• If a credit card was used in the sale, the credit card will be credited. If a check was used, a refund check will be issued.
• When you feel a return should be considered on a cut to order piece, please be mindful that a restocking fee of 25% may apply, (depending on the size of the cut, once it is cut, it is difficult to resell). On prepackaged items there may not be a restocking fee provided the package is not opened or damaged.
• Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
